Jay, I am going in a few minutes to buy the foods to begin this way of eating. I understand the principle behind it and am very willing to be strict. Do you have any additional information or advice? I'm planning to supplement my diet with 2000mg of vitamin c per day, along with my food. I plan to eat only fruits, vegetables and the orange package Ezekiel bread. Did you mention that the raisin bread version of Ezekiel bread was also ok?
