Hi there, I am wondering if anyone has any advice with my fingernails. I have no moons in any fingers except small ones on my thumbs. Also I have horizontal red bands at the tips of all my fingers. My toenails also appear similar. I am wondering if this could indicate hypothyroid or adrenal fatigue.

I am vegan for about 4 years now but I know my fingernails were like this even before my dietary change. Some other symptoms I have are cold hands and feet a lot of times. I have a good head of hair but when I take a shower I always seem to shed a lot of hair. Also seem to have general anxiety and nervousness.

Anyone else ever get their moons back?
