If you cannot stand the taste of Epsom Salt which is Magnesium Sulphate then you also use the powder form of Magnesium Citrate like this one https://goo.gl/4VMShL with same effect. The taste is citrusy just use 1 Tablespoon of Magnesium Citrate in 8 .oz of water . Take note this is an alternative for Epsom Salt and much safer without any stress on kidney.
