I don't remember ever hearing anyone claim that we are not part of nature, nor did anyone ever even address the notion that God is NATURE.

Romans 8:23 says that all of nature awaits our return as SONS (brothers of Jesus) of God.

I guess no one ever had the guts to see past the clergy and discover that God the creator deity is nature itself.
