May be this a little bit off topic for this forum, because we had these discussions on your own forum before. It is still good information for the whole body. I am just reading about magnesium since most people don't have enough and when you don't and get too much calcium you can get kidney stones and heart problems. Everything has to be in balance. I do the same with Iodine and don't use it every day. Thanks as always. hanna
