It looks like the schistosomiasis trematode. I had it too and I took Praziquantel and the pain in my abdomen, bladder, kidneys went away. My urine was tinged with blood for awhile and then often looked like Coca Cola. I had so much pain and after the first day on Praziquantel my pain diminished by 75% then to 90% 2nd day and is now completely gone.
