How soon after starting your gluten free diet did you see results? I've been on a gluten free diet as well as candida (because I'm not sure which one I have) and I haven't seen great results. I've been on the diet for a week and I just thought if it was a gluten allergy or a candida overgrowth then I should at least see some improvement? Thoughts?
