An update. It seems like my testicles throbbing has drastically slowed down. Hopefully that means it's getting better. I did apply some clove oil, don't know how effective it was. I did manage to eat a piece of chocolate and felt a lot of them go back into the gut. I'm still itchy throughout the body. Mostly in the scalp area. I can feel crawling sensations. It seems to be a lot more once 8-9pm start. Otherwise, throughout the day it's not terrible.

I did find what I believe are some dead worms in my stool. Could anyone identify through this picture? Thank you
