My health has suddenly gone waaay down hill for no reason. I've been having symptoms on and off for years now and was able to "cure" them through diet and exercise but i would always then go back to partying and drinking and that would flare up my symptoms after a while and its gotten harder and harder to heal each time. Anyways i would usually binge drink like once a month or so... so it's not like i was an alcoholic but the way drink affected my health felt like i was binge drinking every day. Anyways it's been 3 months since i last drank alcohol which is the longest i've went without it in years and also i'm on a healthy food plan as advised by my nutritionist so it's the healthiest i've been eating consistently for a long time too. In the last while my health has deteriorated rapidly. It started off with sort of flu-like symptoms (no nausea) but the way you would feel just at the beginning of a flu or a cold... sort of feverish and nose congested and tired and a general feeling of malaise. This was happening on and off for a few weeks... like it would happen for a few days then go away and then happen again a week later. Now it has all progressed into my symptoms being a lot worse. I don't have the fever or anything now but my previous symptoms that i would have have gotten a lot worse and i feel like my liver is under a lot of stress because my skin is horrible, red looking and pale with puffy eyes and the whites of my eyes look sort of greyish with a bit of yellow on them. My hands are pale too and my blood circulation is bad. I get slight dull pains in my liver area sometimes now too and a burning sensation as well. I've been getting headaches on and off... oily skin then dry skin... slightly flaky skin, had a slight rash above my lips but thats gone now.... body aches... anger... irritability... sinus issues... etc. Sometimes i be pooping out balls of poop that are the same color as the rest of my stool that are usually around 2cm. This is the worst i've felt in years with my health issues even though it's the best i've been eating and the furthest away from alcohol i've been. I don't understand why this is happening unless it's a healing crisis?
