I have same symptoms and I think it's Candida. I'm following treatment plan from this reddit post and will update you if it works.

Do not buy b6 pills, instead buy vitamin b complex which has all eight b vitamins, and two or three others besides b6 deal with skin issues.

Vitamin B6 deficiency is one cause of a red, itchy rash called Seborrheic Dermatitis . The rash can appear on your scalp, face, neck and upper chest. It's known for its oily, flaky appearance and may cause swelling or white patches.

Update: I have all symptoms you complain about and have brought a Vitamin B6 tablets and will update you on results.
