Yeah, I reached capacity after about 4 glasses of Watermelon juice yesterday. I just made some green juice for breakfast but I couldn't drink it, it smelled like bile.

My stomach and intestines feel very tender, but I can sip hot water now so that's good.

Yes, it was Dr Shelton's work that gave me the courage to do a 40 day water only fast. I found it a great source of comfort, especially doing it alone. I would say it's essential reading for anyone wanting to do a long term fast.

I learnt so much about myself on this fast. I hope to be able to do another one in a few months. I'm going to eat very clean for the rest of my life now, I feel as though I've dodged a bullet.
