I would not do it 3X daily, but you should not need it that often either. 1x or 2x daily should be enough. There have been a number of studies that have shown that H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) can strip away white blood cells and new tissue when used too aggressively. I have experienced that myself when using H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) with a large open wound. Use in moderation. I would think at that dilution you would be okay with 3x daily, but it does seem a bit excessive, and might prevent healing from any problem areas you might have in your mouth.
