I started to read one of Uffe Ravnskov's books -- The Cholesterol Myth? -- but the Science had holes in it. Supposedly, this is the definitive book on disproving cholesterol theories, but if this is the case, then the jury is still out on cholesterol. I have more research to do, obviously, if I ever get to it one day (doubt it), but I have already disproven the pro-cholesterol bandwagon. After I made significant progress with the Weston A. Price diet, my cholesterol started to go down.
