Thank you so much, your reply is really appreciated. I will try what you say and see how it goes. I think my gall bladder is trying to detox but for some reason it can't get rid of it. Yesterday I tried to shower bit had to sit down. I then vomited yellow bile, I began to feel very shaky and made it to bed. I then slept for hours bit since then I've had pains. I will try the oil rub and sip hot water.

I had hoped to end this fast when true hunger returned but I think it would be wiser to end it on day 40. I can hold out til then.

Do you think a dry fast would help my body expel the toxins? My tongue is no longer white and the disgusting smell from my skin has gone now.
