There is absolutely nowhere in the uk that does it, because everyone is frightened of the NHS and "consequences" in fact there are no Iodine literate practitioners here either. It's the same with amalgams, my mercury free dental receptionist told me that during training they are told how dangerous it is, and then are told they must say it is safe for the exam or they will fail it, you couldn't make it up could you?
