Congratulations making it thus far. Great job!

To relieve pain you will be helped with....

1. Castor oil rubs on lower abdomen, and placing a hot water bottle on it will help a lot, wear an old T-shirt so things don’t get stained.
2. Take warm baths with Epsom Salt and H2O2.
3. Gentle massage on lower abdomen, hopefully hubby can help.
4. Drink warm water.

Feel better and continue fasting. This is unusual, but shall pass.
