Thank you for all of your help!
I broke my fast today with a few teaspoons of bone broth and a few sips of green juice with lemon. I will slowly sip that today .
I made it 8 full days and wish I could have made it longer. The weakness was a bit overwhelming for me as I don’t get enough rest time. I am going to fast again after a few weeks because the next 3 are so busy. (Memorial service and wedding). Thank you for all the support!
