Hi, I'm on day 29 of my water only fast. I have a very painful period. It's as bad as labour (I've had 4 children). I have heavy periods usually but this one is excruciating. I'm not going to break my fast, I'm just here for some reassurance it's normal. Everyone else has said how light their have become, or less cranky, mine is the opposite.
