If you don't understand then you have to just listen. If you've got worms, the best course of medication to start with is 400mg albendazole twice per day(morning and evening), 50-100mg ivermectin twice per day(morning and evening)(DO NOT EXCEED 200mg/D, it'll f*** with your head), 50-100mg Levamisole twice per day(morning and evening), and 100-200mg of a tetracycline Antibiotic of your choice, also twice per day. Doxycycline is what's typically recommended but you can use any of them. I'm currently doing IM injections of oxytetracycline, which you can get from feed stores. It also comes in tablets but they are hard to find. Make sure to take probiotics. If you can get an anti-fungal as well, that would be ideal; I'd recommend fluconazole, but it's pricey.
