Hi,
I just broke my 21 days Water Fast 10 days ago everything was fine until 3 days ago when i got constipation and the weird thing is that i have 2 or 3 BM a day.
I'm not new to constipation, having it my whole life but after the fast i though that finally could get rid of it with healthy diet.
Another thing is that I didn't add that many foods to my diet yet.
I can list all the food that i ate if it help.
