Morgellons is caused by microscopic spirochetes, similar to Lyme and syphilis. What you described is a threadworm infection. Get on fenbendazole, albendazole, and Diethlycarbamazine. DEC can be found https://www.vetshopmax.com/dimmitrol-tabs-for-large-dogs-67-132lbs-400mg. Start with 50mg morning and evening and increase by 50 every two days until you're taking 400mg twice a day. Take alongside ~400mg of albendazole. Dose the fenbendazole as you please, it's so absurdly nontoxic that you probably can't even afford to take too much of it.
