Good job in getting rid of all vices. Once your liver is compromised, rest of your body takes the toll.

Great thing that you have accepted and learned that all the vices you mention are harmful to you now you want to correct it. Great job!

Eat foods that are liver function enhancing, google that. Eat raw plant based foods for two to three weeks and flush again.

Thanks for the advice for my friend, he too has stopped all vices. His wife is big on natural way of healing and healthy eating, so he will do well.
