Our symptoms are worse when our body is very toxic. Did your friend prepare for her fast? What is her diet?

Many people go through the same symptoms. My suggestion is to stay the course. Please ask your friend to stay warm, rest and drink warm water. Also don’t do enemas anymore. Your body will throw out what it does not need. Dr. Shelton suggested not to do ememas. Foamy bowels are all mucus coming out.

If she winds up breaking her fast then she really needs to be on a raw plant based diet, avoid all processed junk, sugar, wheat, alcohol and milk products.
