Of course if symptoms get super bad/ unbearable call off the fast but I would summon up my deepest will and push on. My explanation(and I am no veteran but I have been healing myself) is that heavy toxins are being summoned up and purged during this time which would lead to worse symptoms but would actually be a sign it's working. Deep purging usually begins around day 10 and could get quite intense I'm sure if her problems are truly unique/severe. How long is she aiming for? Also make sure it's strictly water only with salt occasionally and limit the amount of enemas and other protocols to every 2-3 days not everyday. I would also look into Liver Cleansing to follow up with after the fast after a refuel period on a raw plant based diet. Keep a close eye on her my friend,
