Lovey I know your pain and how cruel people can be. Especially when people don't understand that this is not a hygiene problem . But rather a medical problem do too having a none alkaline body. I don't eat meat, sugar, or dairy products. But learned that fruit, and vegetables or my problem. Because even though this is a very healthy diet. Bananas for starters are high in acid . Carrots are high in acid. So we have too have balance by off setting the acid. I am now taking HMF intensive 500 probiotics, body rescue acid relief alkaline booster, 9.5 to 10 ph alkaline Ionized Water , black seed oil 100% pure virgin cold pressed. Just monitor your diet every day. Also a chart on fruit and vegetables would really help you. That way you can balance your acid intake. Please stay strong and everyone of us must support each other.
