However long ago the post was written, doesn’t really matter. It was relavent to my question/concern yesterday, and it was quite helpful, as the Writer’s experience was the EXACT same as mine! I purchased the CS, from the Vitamin Shoppe (a personally recommended brand). You may be correct, re: pathogen die-off(?) Facts are: started taking (store-bought CS) on a Wednesday, to get rid of a bad bug I was fighting. Started feeling better the next day. Continued taking CS through Sunday (5 days total), On the 4th day (Saturday), I noticed blood in my urine. I saw this post on Monday, stopped taking the CS, drank plenty of water. Tuesday morning, no more blood in my urine, and still on the mend from the bug I had. I think the CS works well! Questions are: Maybe I took it for too long(?) Maybe I took too much(?) Maybe I took too much for too long(?) Either way, the original post was helpful, and so was your reply. Thank you both!!
