Great to hear from you and to see you again here on CureZone!
I do not believe that you can pass out stone that large, especially not if it did not happen until now.
I also do not believe that stone that large can stuck into the cystic duct, it is symply too large to move out from your gallbladder.

But, flushing will help your gallbladder become stronger, healthier, as much as it is possible considering it is constantly holding a stone.
The aches could be related to the gallstone, or it could be related to gas trapped inside intestines.

When doing liver flushes, be careful with Epsom Salts , do not take too much.
