JG - I'm fasting, today. Though I think of it as a water fast, I realize that my definition, which does include coffee (I bought some Starbucks bottled black, unsweetened cold brew) and tea (I use high-end loose-leaf greens, blacks, and oolongs (Earl Grey is flavored with oil of bergamot, which is a citrus fruit, jasmine green has jasmine flowers in it, and lapsang suchong is smoked over pine fires - so these are examples of what I do take it - this has been my method, for five years - as well as (usually once on a 4-day fast, coca leaf tea), doesn't match what some refer to as a water fast, but, fasting I am, nonetheless.

I don't know if I'll just go today, then, per usual, another day this week (likely to be Wednesday), or try to stretch the days, together, to make for another 4 day fast, this week, but, if you can deal with that ambiguity, I can partner with you, at least for a fast of the length of the entirety of today, meaning that I won't eat, again, until tomorrow, at the very earliest.
