Alcohol has been proved is bad for liver and kidney and brain. My brother, a chronic pelvic pain syndrome patient, an alcohol drinker as well. He used to like drinking very much and has to drink at least once a day, but he has stopped drinking since he was found suffering from prostatitis.

Even though he has stopped drinking, his symptoms do not get any improvements, he obeyed his urologist every advice and he is so frustrated that he has not had a change of his disease.

Are prostatitis and excessive alcohol consumption really related?
