I gave you a link to a story that said:

"I've now done 110 flushes. Yes HUNDRED. And almost all the symptoms are gone and or have gone drastically down."


The reason for giving you that link was because you have so far done 5 flushes, and you are already second guessing, but that guy have not stopped flushing for 3 years!



Keep flushing, keep learning, keep trying , find the diet that is best for you, try coffee enemas , experiment with different diets, different foods , try kefir enema , yogurt enema , Epsom Salt enema , water enema , etc.


Sometimes it can take months or even years to cure severe intestinal dysbiosis as you must parallely heal both intestines and liver .

Be brave and keep trying !

HIVES and Acne are always a reaction to something, in your case it seems like a reaction to your own microbiom ... or maybe also to some particular foods, so you will have to find a way how to change your microbiom !

Enema may be the right way to go !
