I am confused... so should I continue with the Liver Flushes or stop them? I do get a colonic after each flush, take probiotics and drink
Homemade kefir. I would think that helped with the dyobsis. I tried the candida diet a while back but it didn’t work and made me feel worse. I was happy with flushing since i did get temporary relief and thought eventually with continued flushing my results would be permanent. Now I’m second guessing this whole thing...
