Hi there,
Going on day 6 of my Water Fast and feeling fine. Doing fast for health all around but also hoping to eradicate recurring UTI. Have gone down Antibiotic route (SO many different Antibiotics , SO many times) with of course no long-term result. Have read about Allicin supplement (a garlic derivitive) and wondering if i should take that during my fast? Planning on a two week fast minimum. Wondering if that might help break down the biofilm that surely must exist...or should I just stand aside and let my body do the work as suggested.
