Wow thanks so much because you are right. Today my stomach hurt in hunger so i thought let me just go to Whole Foods to see food. Then I got there and started salivating and told myself just licking food wont break it. Then i felt weak for the cravings and hunger....so i ate. Because of fear. Fear I would fail. Fear 30 days is impossible. Fear I wont losr the weight.
Hearing fear is normal and others feel it and it doesnt mean I am weak or incapable means the world. Thank you so much. These next three days may be hard but when Thirs comes and I get to day 4 which i haven't reached sincr dec...i will be strong
