If you deal with any fecal or recal odor take miralax twice a day until Odor is gone. I tried so many things to help my Body Odor , and nothing helped. I knew I wasn’t having complete bowel movements. Also, I knew my odor was better once I had a bowel movement. I was recommended to take it my obgyn and a friend. So I tried it and it worked. I tried it 3 times a day for few days then twice a day.


In the beginning, even though I was using miralax the odor was still bad until I got cleaned out. I drinked plenty of water, and tried to eat healthy most days. I learned I had fecal odor because of too much fecal matter in my rectum, and I needed to get rid of waste in my rectum. I’m sticking with miralax because this is the only thing that has worked. I learned to stay away from coffee and tea during this process bc coffee/tea dehydrates you and keep you from having a complete bowel movement. I started miralax Monday and now it’s Sunday the odor is greatly improved. I can take a shower and be fresh which I’m greatly happy about.
