Hey guys!
Thanks for the responses, I appreciate those! I decided to end my fast as the nausea persisted. I’ve been eating broths and some fruits along with some apple juice here and there. However, despite being off the fast (I’ve been off the fast for 1.5 days now) I still have momentary lapses of extreme nausea. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I want to try to minimize these symptoms for future fasts.
