I am battling the worms in my eyes and many other places including my nose. I just started Matt's protocol. Wanted to pass on two things that have given me comfort and helped my vision and nose. The first thing that helps is Lid Scrubs, I use OCuSoft Plus (get the moderate-severe conditions - in light blue box). I cut the pad into 4 pieces (it last longer). This is a leave on formula. It helps relieve the itching and best of all-after you rub your eyelashes back and forth and your eyelid and eyebrow area, take your pad and look at with a jeweler's loop or magnifying glass. You can see the worms and larvae trapped on the pad! Use these in the morning and evening. Of course, those meds you are on are so important, but this will help kill bacteria in your eyes (my sclera was gray but is getting whiter). I am amazed at how much better my eyes are after using these pads. The second thing I wanted to mention was I found a lot of relief when I wash my nostrils each night with Desert Essence Daily Replenishing Tea Tree Shampoo. It is gentle enough that it doesn't burn and really seems to help. Try a Qtip dipped in it and clean out your nostrils.

A couple of more thoughts on your eyes just from my experience. I had a Posterior Vitreous Detachment recently. When I look at bright light or sunlight, it looked like worm shaped things floating in my eye. Since then I got a digital microscope and found these were floaters and not worms (they look like worms unless you look into a microscope). Just suggesting the things you are seeing in bright light could be floaters. I'm not saying you don't have a parasite, just that things floating in your eye in bright light are more likely floaters.
