In addition to iodine:
1: parasites possible.
1/2 tsp FOOD GRADE Diatomaceous earth in 12 ozs water. Follow with water if headache. For 2 days only.
2. Get Vit D checked.
Needs to be at Least 30, ideally above 50. Blood test.
3. Take Vit B5 3x daily.
250 mg. Available at iherb.
4. See a Naturopath doctor for testing.
