In a nebulizer, mix 5 parts Colloidal Silver with 1 part lobelia and 1 part mullein. No need to use any water if you are using a nebulizer. If you are using some kind of area mister, I am not sure what the amounts would be, but would imagine that you would need to have water since the above ration would be rather expensive to use in a large area mister.
