I've been taking a low dose ashwagahnda and rhodolia mixture (with a few other herbs added in also) called Adrenasense for over a year.

Every time I stop, my mood and energy are fine but my sleep quality worsens noticeably. Is this a withdrawal period I need to fight through or should I just go back on and give it more time?
