This is absolutely die off and you need to take additional supplements when using any anti-parasitic herbs or treatments, including a good Vitamin B complex, 3000 mg. of Vitamin C Buffered (1,000 mg 3 x day), Selenium, Zinc/Copper and Magnesium threonate and ornithine before bed to help you sleep.

This should reduce your die-off symptoms greatly.
