Those symptoms are related to histamine release.
The same symptoms are experienced when people get flu.
I am not saying you got flu, just trying to say that it is not uncommon to experience similar symptoms during cleansing process.

Yes, some extra enemas may help, but generally, time heals everything.


Process of healing is sometimes slow, and takes time ... but you are on the right path.
