Just read your post.. have you tried chaste berries for your acne? It worked wonders for me! Almost immediately. I brewed a pot of tea and added them in there but they’re also available in pill form. As for the apple cider vinegar I love it sooo much and it makes my tummy feel better which is how I ended up finding this post. I’m trying to figure out why it works so well.
