The pain is at the location of the adrenal glands. You suffer from adrenal fatigue, which is common towards the end of the treatment. Find a natural support for adrenals (I use Ortho-adapt)

Nowadays I would say - eat more fruit + nuts (some people opt for a fuitarian diet at this stage) - fast (a lot of water will help you eliminate toxins through urine) and exercise on a daily basis.
