Good job thus far. Congrats for getting to day 20, hopefully more now.

Simple rules.....

Drink as per thirst.
Rest plenty.
Stay warm.
No brushing with toothpaste or salt.

All you describe are detox symptoms.

Scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper.

No enemas.
