I just started oil pulling this past week. On around day 3, when I cleaned my ears I noticed a ton of thick wax coming out. I had just flown across the country, so I wasn't sure if it was the cabin pressure or the oil pulling expelling toxins and gunk. I'm thinking it was the oil pulling. On a side note, my sinuses are also much clearer. Again, I wasn't sure if that was a change in environment (had gone from the desert to the ocean). But, now I'm back, and my sinuses still feel great!
