I appreciate your encouragement and enlightenment. I've read about salt flushes but have yet to try - tomorrow will be my first attempt, thank you. all of what you've said makes sense, but I especially like how our body prioritizes needs at different states of health.

I was a bit afraid to attempt an extended fast, but it seems to be a better way for general health. I'll continue reading posts to make sure I do such safely.
