IMO, you are jumping too fast to solid foods and a lot of it. Diluted juices for a day or two will help, then eat only when hungry, keep your stomach a bit empty everytime you eat. Eat fruits and vegetables separately not in one meal, eat mono meals. Meats, fish, chicken and eggs should be avoided for as long as you can, best will be to not eat them at all.
