Great job in fasting.

Fasting does not create ulcers. Ulcers are a way your body is detoxing. Also please do an Elimination Diet to find out what allergies you may have. Then do a few Liver Flushes and try to eat those foods that irritated you before, gradually increase the intake.

Use filtered water in your next fast.
