Ahh ok I understand now :)
I read that Epsom Salt could be dangerous, even life threatening, here https://www.livestrong.com/article/121914-benefits-epsom-salt-baths/ and here https://www.livestrong.com/article/121914-benefits-epsom-salt-baths/. But I read too that it helps for the flush, I think I will have to take just a bit of Epsom Salt ( I don't want to die ahahah) ?
Maybe I can alternate like this ?
Week 1 : grapefruit + oil + epsom salt
Week 3: grapefruit + oil
Week 5: grapefruit + oil + epsom salt
Week 7: grapefruit + oil + epsom salt
With one Liver Flush every 2 week, is it right?
