Yes, they are crawling on your scalp and elsewhere coming from your ass.

Sorry to be crass, you need to block their exit from your butt....specifically, I used Tampons in my butt every day except when I was defecating or taking a shower. That stopped all movement of black specs on my body and scalp.

If you don't believe me, try it for yourself.
